How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your Four5 account, email [your support email] with the subject line “Four5 Account Deletion Request.”

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Four5 account so we can verify the request.

After verification, Four5 will delete your account and associated personal data, including your profile and account-related information. Certain information may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal, or regulatory obligations.

If you are an athlete participating through a team, some team/program records may need to be retained in anonymized or non-personally identifiable form to preserve historical team records.
